Founded by experienced estate agents Julie Smith and Robbie Withers in December 2013.

Wingate & Withers is built on traditional values with modern techniques and the state of the art office, positioned on East Hill in Maybury, Woking, Surrey.

With a combined working experience in estate agency which stretches over 20 years between the two Directors means that you can be rest assured your property is in the right hands whether you are selling or letting.

Unlike some estate agents we are not governed by companies / business partners or by any other party other than ourselves, meaning we can concentrate bringing people and property together without any shenanigans!

Apart from our two Directors we are also proud to have on board a team including negotiators, book keepers and accountants to ensure your move runs as smooth as possible.

Our negotiator Kieron Bridgeman specialises in sales and lettings in Maybury, West Byfleet, Byfleet and Woking, having lived in the area for the past twenty seven years and working as an estate agent in Byfleet and Woking for the past two years, his wealth of knowledge goes hand in hand with his superb customer service and cheeky manner.
