polite and helpful, I didn't realise those type of estate agents exist!

Started looking for a property in 2014, after being disappointed with some agents based in the centre of Woking, I decided to look further afield for a more personal and friendly agent to sell my property. We came across Wingate & Withers in Maybury, although they are not in Woking town, they are based close to the mainline station and next to our local barbers trim-ups. Their location is fantastic! there is plenty of FREE parking and handy for me to pop in for a coffee and a catch up with the team at any time without having the nightmare of finding a pay and display spot in town and walk in to "Estate Agent Commercial Way". The team in Wingate and Withers have been fantastic! Julie, Amy and Robbie were so patient, polite and helpful, I didn't realise those type of estate agents exist! Julie and Robbie spent a long time going through various different marketing strategies they have to offer until we found one that suited ourselves and our property, we decided to go for the Wingate & Withers "Open Day". Whilst we did not want to go for a typical open day where the agent advertises the open day and the open day date, Wingate and Withers do things slightly different, they advertised our property in the usual manner without informing buyers of the open day to avoid putting buyers off, they also booked each viewing in for a dedicated time for half an hour so each buyer could view the property on their own and ask any questions to either Robbie or Julie. The open day started at 10:00 am and finished at 4pm we received five offers, four of which were slightly under our guide price and one other which was in excess of our guide price by £5,000 which meant we could pay their fees and the conveyancing fee without eating into the price we advertised the property for which was really the price we wanted to achieve. Not only were they friendly and professional they genuinely wanted to help me, even when at one point they didn't have anything suitable for me to buy, they went out of their way to find my perfect property in Maybury Place. After two weeks of our offer being accepted Julie and Robbie had done a fantastic job in making sure our buyer and myself knew the process of selling/buying and advised us of the different milestones we need to reach along the way, but also the timescales in which they are usually achieved. Needless to say the whole experience was a dream come true in comparison with our previous sales, I can happily say if we ever leave our dream home, we will be asking Wingate & Withers to find our next one!!
